Mediterranean Salad-Baked chicken breast atop mixed salad green and spinach with Kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes, shaved red onions and feta cheese served with balsamic vinaigrette on the side. This entrée is available vegetarian-style without chicken.

Baked Atlantic Salmon-An 8 ounce cutlet of Atlantic salmon drizzled with a white wine lemon butter sauce served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and steamed seasonal vegetables.
