Baked TilapiaSeasoned tilapia oven baked with a side of mango peach salsa served with carrot soufflé and rosemary roasted red skin potatoes.

Fire Braised Chicken SaladOur freshly made gourmet salad of cashews, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, fresh blueberries, edamame, red onion, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, napa cabbage, and kale tossed with a light pomegranate blueberry dressing then topped with fire-braised chicken, seasoned and sliced.

Veggie Lovers’ DelightOur freshly made gourmet salad of cashews, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, fresh blueberries, edamame, red onion, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, napa cabbage, and kale tossed with a light pomegranate blueberry dressing.

Spinach & Red Pepper Quiche-Quiche baked with eggs, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and goat cheese, and served with blueberry muffin, and a fresh kale side salad with a mixture of nuts, dried cranberries and fresh blueberries. 
Shrimp & Grits-Shrimp with a creamy spinach sauce atop buttery grits and garnished with parmesan cheese, and served with blueberry muffin.
