Moonshine Experience Lunch Menu (Available Starting August)

Prix Fixe

Enjoy samplings of moonshine and Sweet Baby Ray’s barbeque sauce with Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection served with southern sweet cornbread muffin with honey butter, coleslaw, and carrot soufflé.

Adult First Class Lunch Menu (Available Starting August)

Pulled Pork BBQ Plate

Cajun seasoned Pulled Pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet BBQ sauce served with coleslaw and carrot soufflé.

Pot Roast

Slow roasted, melt in your mouth, seasoned pot roast served with carrot soufflé and Vegitable Confetti Blend (riced broccoli, cauliflower, orange carrots, yellow carrots and zucchini).

Baked Cod

Guinness battered Cod oven baked to a golden crisp plated with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce served with coleslaw and a Vegitable Confetti Blend (riced broccoli, cauliflower, orange carrots, yellow carrots and zucchini).

Salad topped with Fire Braised Chicken

Our freshly made gourmet Kale Crunch salad with, kale, arcadian blend, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red cabbage, radicchio, carrots, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes and mandarin oranges. Served with a side of reasberry vinaigrette and topped with fire-braised chicken, seasoned and sliced.

Veggie Lovers’ Spinach Striped Cheese Ravioli

Our freshly made Spinich Striped Cheese Ravioli, stuffed with spinich, ricotta and mozzarella cheese for an amzing spinach experience. Topped with fresh marinara and parmesan cheese. Served with a Vegetable Confetti Blend ((riced broccoli, cauliflower, orange carrots, yellow carrots and zucchini).

Children's Lunch Menu (Available Starting August)

Only available with Family First Class. Child’s lunch comes with Train Box, Coloring book, crayons & goldfish crackers.

Nathan’s Famous Pretzel Dog

Nathan’s Famous all-beef pretzel dog served with a fresh apple or mandarin orange and baked mac & cheese.

Chicken Tenders

Three chicken tenders served with a fresh apple or mandarin orange and baked mac & cheese.

Premium Open Air Gondola Lunch Menu 

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet bbq sauce served on a Bavarian Pretzel Roll with coleslaw, baked beans, and kettle-style chips.

HyRail Vegetarian Sandwich

Kale Crunch salad wrap in Naan bread consisting of kale, arcadian blend, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red cabbage, radicchio, carrots, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes and mandarin oranges, with reasberry vinaigrette. Served with a Vegetable Confetti Blend and kettle-style chips.

First Class and Carolina Shine Brunch Menu

Available on Nantahala Gorge excursions departing at 9 AM only.

Cheesy Ham Hash Brown Casserole

Golden baked cheesy ham and hash brown casserole served with a blueberry muffin, Sprig of grapes and Pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.

Cheesy Shrimp & Grits

Cheese Grits topped with Shrimp, Bacon & Scallions served with a blueberry muffin, sprig of grapes and Pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.
