Adult First Class Lunch Dining Menu
Upon boarding First Class meals will begin with a complimentary 6oz Mimosa or Orange Juice and an appetizer of mild cheddar cheese, green seedless grapes & crackers.
Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich
Cajun seasoned Pulled Pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet BBQ sauce served on a Parker House bun. With a side of coleslaw, pickle slices and baked potato salad.
Chicken Salad Sandwich
Autumn Berry Chicken Salad served on a croissant with lettuce and tomato. With a side of baked potato salad.
Turkey Bacon Flatbread
Smoked Turkey, Bacon and Ranch dressing on Flatbread with lettuce, tomato and a blend of grated cheese. Served with a side of baked potato salad.
Kale Crunch Salad
A vibrant blend of kale, shaved brussel sprouts, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, arcadian blend lettuces, radicchio and carrots tossed in a light raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Served with a side of baked potato salad & crackers.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich
Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet bbq sauce served on a Bavarian Pretzel Roll with coleslaw, baked beans, and kettle-style chips.
HyRail Vegetarian Sandwich
Kale Crunch salad wrap in Flatbread consisting of kale, arcadian blend, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red cabbage, radicchio, carrots, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes and mandarin oranges, with reasberry vinaigrette. Served with a Vegetable Confetti Blend and kettle-style chips.
