We’ve curated a specialty menu just for our passengers as they travel down the rails. All meals are prepared fresh onboard by our chef and kitchen staff and served by a private attendant. We proudly blend southern favorites with fresh and healthy sides to provide a memorable dining experience. Meals are pre-selected at time of booking to ensure all are fully satisfied!

First Class Lunch Menu

All meals include choice of a seasonal dessert.

Southern Pork Lunch (GF)

Sliced pork loin with a drizzle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Southern BBQ sauce, garlic red skin mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Roast Beef Dinner

Sliced roast beef with gravy, garlic red skin mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Vegetarian Salad

Spring mix with onion, tomato, cucumber, egg, crackers, and ranch. Gluten free and/or Vegan preparation available upon request.

Salad with Chicken

Grilled chicken on spring mix with onion, tomato, cucumber, egg, crackers, and ranch. Gluten free available upon request.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow roasted to perfection and simmered in Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce served on a soft brioche bun with coleslaw, baked beans, and kettle-style chips.

Hy-Rail Vegetarian Flatbread

A thick layer of roasted red pepper hummus topped with a vibrant blend of arcadian blend spring mix, kale, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red onion, diced tomatoes, and creamy vinaigrette dressing wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla. Served with coleslaw and kettle-style chips.

Carolina Shine Menu

Pulled Pork Platter

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices and the slow roasted to perfection served with creamy cheddar macaroni and cheese, house made coleslaw, and 2 soft slider buns. Choice of BBQ sauces to compliment.

             

Vegetarian Kale Salad

A vibrant blend of arcadian blend spring mix, kale, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red onion, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, and garnished with corn tortilla strips. Both ranch and raspberry vinaigrette, crackers and cheese compliment.
