Moonshine Experience Lunch Menu

Prix Fixe

Enjoy samplings of moonshine and varieties of barbeque sauce with pulled pork rubbed with Cajun spices then slow-roasted to perfection served with southern sweet cornbread muffin with honey butter, coleslaw, and cinnamon apples. For dessert, Moonshiners' Mud Pie.

Adult First Class Lunch Menu

Pulled Pork BBQ Plate

Pulled pork rubbed with Cajun spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet BBQ sauce served with coleslaw and cinnamon apples.

Pot Roast

Slow roasted, melt in your mouth, seasoned pot roast served with flavorful green beans and mashed red skin potatoes.

Beer Battered Cod

Cod dipped in Guinness beer batter, oven fried to a golden crisp plated with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce on the side served with creamy cole slaw and flavorful green beans.

Mixed Greens Salad with Chicken

Freshly made Arcadian Harvest® salad with Craisans®, onions, Roma tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh vegetable medley then topped with fire-braised chicken and served with your choice of buttermilk ranch or raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Vegetarian Arcadian Blend

Freshly made Arcadian Harvest® salad with Craisans®, onions, Roma tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Parmesan cheese, and fresh vegetable medley, served with your choice of buttermilk ranch or raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Premium Open Air Gondola Lunch Menu

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet bbq sauce served on a Kaiser Roll with coleslaw and kettle-style chips.

HyRail Vegetarian Wrap

Fire roasted red peppers, onions, Arcadian blend lettuce, and feta cheese in a tomato basil wrap served with coleslaw that is homemade daily and kettle-style chips. 

First Class and Carolina Shine Brunch Menu

Available on Nantahala Gorge excursions departing at 9 AM only.

Sausage & Bacon Quiche

Golden quiche baked with sausage, bacon, and roasted red peppers served with a blueberry muffin, fruit salad, and pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.

Cheesy Shrimp & Grits

A generous portion of cheddar cheese grits with shrimp and bacon topped with scallions and served with a blueberry muffin, side of fruit salad, and pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.
