Moonshine Experience Lunch Menu

Prix Fixe

Enjoy samplings of moonshine and Sweet Baby Ray’s barbeque sauce with Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection served with southern sweet cornbread muffin with honey butter, Cole slaw, and cinnamon apples.

Adult First Class Lunch Menu

Pulled Pork BBQ Plate

Cajun seasoned Pulled Pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet BBQ sauce served with Cole slaw and Cinnamon Apples.

Pot Roast

Slow roasted, melt in your mouth, seasoned pot roast served with carrot soufflé and mashed red skin potatoes.

Baked Cod

Guinness battered Cod oven baked to a golden crisp plated with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce served with Cole Slaw and Five Grain Blend Pilaf.

Salad topped with Fire Braised Chicken

Our freshly made gourmet Superfood salad with, kale, cabbage, carrots, grape tomatoes, onions, cashews, sunflower seeds, blueberries edamame, dried cranberries mixed with a blueberry pomegranate dressing. Topped with fire-braised chicken, seasoned and sliced.

Veggie Lovers’ Eggplant PARMESAN

Our freshly oven baked Eggplant topped with Italian seasonings, marinara, mozzarella cheese and a pesto sauce. Served with a Five Grain Blend Pilaf and carrot soufflé.

Children's Lunch Menu

Only available with Family First Class. Child’s lunch comes with Train Box, Coloring book, crayons & goldfish crackers.

Nathan’s Famous Pretzel Dog

Nathan’s Famous all-beef pretzel dog served with a sprig of grapes and mashed red skin potatoes.

Chicken Tenders

Three chicken tenders served with a sprig of grapes and mashed red skin potatoes.

Premium Open Air Gondola Lunch Menu

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet bbq sauce served on a Kaiser Roll with coleslaw and kettle-style chips.

HyRail Vegetarian Sandwich

Superfood Salad wrap in Naan bread consisting of kale, cabbage, carrots, onions, tomato, cashews, sunflower seeds, edamame, blueberries, dried cranberries and pomegranate blueberry dressing. Served with Five Grain Blend Pilaf and kettle-style chips.

First Class and Carolina Shine Brunch Menu

Available on Nantahala Gorge excursions departing at 9 AM only.

Sausage & Bacon Quiche

Golden Quiche baked with sausage, bacon, eggs, roasted red peppers and seasonings, Served with a blueberry muffin, Sprig of grapes and Pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.

Cheesy Shrimp & Grits

Cheese Grits topped with Shrimp, Bacon & Scallions served with a blueberry muffin, sprig of grapes and Pumpkin Bundt cake for dessert.
