We’ve curated a specialty menu just for our passengers as they travel down the rails. All meals are prepared fresh onboard by our chef and kitchen staff and served by a private attendant. We proudly blend southern favorites with fresh and healthy sides to provide a memorable dining experience. Meals are pre-selected at time of booking to ensure all are fully satisfied!

First Class Lunch Menu

All meals include choice of a seasonal dessert.

Chicken Salad Sandwich

Autumn Berry Pecan Chicken Salad served on a golden buttery croissant roll plated with creamy potato salad and vegetable medley of zucchini, squash, and green beans.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow roasted to perfection and simmered in a Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. Served on a soft Brioche bun with a side of potato salad and coleslaw to compliment.

Pot Roast

Slow roasted, melt in your mouth, seasoned pot roast with gravy. Served with creamy potato salad, vegetable medley of zucchini, squash, and green beans and a warm roll.

Vegetarian Kale Crunch Salad

A vibrant blend of kale, arcadian blend, shaved brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, red cabbage, radicchio, carrots, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, craisons, garnished with corn tortilla strips. Served with a side of raspberry vinaigrette and ranch dressing. Accompanied with cheddar cheese and crackers.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Cajun seasoned pulled pork rubbed with our special spices then slow-roasted to perfection and simmered in a sweet BBQ sauce served on a soft brioche bun with coleslaw, baked beans, and kettle-style chips.

Hy-Rail Vegetarian Flatbread

A layer of Hummus topped with a vibrant blend of kale, Arcadian blend, shaved Brussel sprouts, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, radicchio, carrots, sliced red onion and Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing. Served with coleslaw and kettle-style chips.

Shrimp & Grits

Southern Cheese Grits topped with Shrimp, Bacon & Scallions served with a blueberry muffin and a sprig of grapes.

Cheesy Ham Hash Brown Casserole

Golden baked cheddar cheese, ham and hash brown casserole served with a blueberry muffin and a sprig of grapes.

Vegetarian Bagel Sandwich

Plain bagel with vegetable cream cheese, fresh spinach, sliced tomato and cucumber with a snack cheddar cheese and a sprig of grapes.
